Directions

From the 101: Take the Laurel Canyon exit.  Head South on Laurel Canyon toward Studio City.  Take a left onto Ventura Place. (Across Laurel Cyn from VONS Supermarket.)  We are located one block north of Ventura Blvd.

We are in a 2 story gold building on Ventura Place at the corner of Laurel Canyon in Suite B on the second floor.

There are "Health Solutions" and "2 Hour Customer" parking spaces available in the underground garage, as well as metered street parking.  For appointments AFTER 6pm only, the Chase parking lot is available and no-charge.
